Matches were originally compiled manually in archivists' video editing software and done in multiple varying presentation styles and resolutions, allowing attentive/knowledgeable viewers to easily know who was behind what spread of compilations on the channel. The GameSetMatch tool became the primary way matches were compiled from April 11, 2025 onward, with NS2 vs. WowComics(2008) becoming the first match to be presented with such a method. This has allowed the rate at which matches were compiled to increase astronomically due to much of the sequencing and designations of material to all become automated through scripting. The 3-Way Tennis Tournament 2 match gabrielpika vs. ElijahStar vs. Media904(2025) was the final match to be compiled manually as the standard.

The "Edmondsbury Serif" font commonly used in the lettering of the title cards for most match compilations originates from , who hit upon using this font as their preferred consistent way of presenting matches starting with their compilation of Moogle vs. MAZZ0Murder(2009) in 2023. This was thus adapted as the primary font of the GameSetMatch tool. Other contributors such as Yottifferent and mrdoognoog generally distinguish their compilations with other fonts and color alterations to the text generated. On rare occasions, already compiled matches who's original uploads were removed will be reuploaded onto the account in their original presentation, such as a handful of Combuskenisawesome's match compilations and LeSuperKoffee's 1/4 and 1/5 second matches.

The name "YouWouldBeWelcome", conceived by and adopted for the channel on March 16, 2025, is a play on the title of the first tennis round from the first tennis match ever played, conradslater's "Poop Tennis: You wouldn't be welcome"(2007). Remaster campaigns are planned for many pre-2024 matches that were rendered in 720p or lower, with the first one undertaken on December 2, 2025.
