As of 2025, to upload a video to YouTube, click on the "Create" button in the top right corner, then "video", then drag and drop your video into the box. From there you can add a description, tags, the thumbnail, etc. YouTube will then check to make sure your video doesn't contain anything it doesn't like, and if all is good you are given the option to publish.
